I believe that no matter where you are in life, regardless of your age or your size, you can feel your best, look your best, and do your best if you exercise and make smart food choices.
You don't have to be an athlete to do your personal best. And you don't have to be a pageant queen or a body builder to benefit from a gym membership.
Neighborhood gyms like Do Fitness cater to "the rest of us." In other words, the majority of folks who have not necessarily acquired a taste for exercise. If working out is not essential to your livelihood, chances are you need a lot of encouragement to stick with an exercise program long enough to start feeling and seeing the results. In the meantime, there can be some unpleasantness (sweat, strange aches and pains, awkward movements and embrassing wipeouts).
Do Fitness is small enough that you can get the individual attention and support to keep coming back. The staff is friendly and eager to help. When you workout alongside other members, they go out of their way to help you feel comfortable. In the group fitness classes, the "veterans" are happy to tell you how uncoordinated and confused they felt when they first started.
